Please note that all prices are in U.S. Dollars. Shipping and handling charges are not included and will be calculated into your total when checking out.
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by Paypal, your order will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Most items will be shipped, tracked and insured by U.S. Postal Service. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our contact us form to ask us about the item before placing your order. Should that rare occasion arise where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. The item(s) MUST be returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you and our identifying mark remains intact. If this mark is removed or altered in any way our return policy becomes null and void. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
AVAILABILITY
Please note that all of our items available for purchase on our website are also available for purchase in our retail showroom. In the unlikely event an item sells off our showroom floor at the same time you are purchasing the item on-line, we will not be able to complete your on-line purchase. If this occurs, we will issue you a Full Refund within 24 hours (usually same-day).
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY
We do not charge restocking fees.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If despite our efforts your order does arrive damaged please follow these instructions for the fastest response to your situation:
If your order was delivered by UPS, please contact UPS for instructions at 1-800-PICK UPS.
If delivered by U.S. Postal Service you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
PAYMENTS
All prices are in US currency. We accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. There is a 10 day hold on all items purchased by check from the time we RECEIVE your check. Items will not be held prior to check receipt. Should the item(s) sell prior to check receipt, your check will be returned to you immediately. Money order and Paypal purchases will be processed for immediate shipping. Residents within our state must pay current tax rate unless you can provide a copy of your resale certificate.

Although we do collect personally identifying information such as Name, Address, eMail, etc... We do not share this information with other companies. We utilize PayPal and their Secure Shopping Cart solution to ensure your personal financial data remains secure.
